The breakfast with local artisanal products. My room included central heating, TV, and a microwave. The location was exceptionally nice, just next door to Azay-Le-Rideau, and famous castle and easily accessible.

We had an amazing week-long stay at A L'Ombre D'Azay. The owners, Isabela and Jerome, provided impeccable service and created a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully designed with high-quality furniture and ample natural light. The historical architecture, including the caves, added to the unique experience. The large garden with wooden chairs and tables was perfect for relaxation. The daily breakfast showcased delicious regional pastries, jams, and cheese. Isabela and Jerome's passion for hospitality was evident in every aspect of our stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The studio accommodation was impressively spacious and well-equipped. It was a shame we only had an overnight stay as we couldn't fully utilize it. The direct access to the garden and private sitting area was a delightful bonus. The town itself was charming, although we didn't have enough time to fully explore. Special mention to the delicious breakfast with locally sourced products. The location was perfect, in a beautiful village with a famous castle. The whole place had a unique charm with its historic dug-out cellars. If I ever pass by the area again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Located in the beautiful Loir valley, this hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the region. With its close proximity to other castles, it's a great base for history lovers. the rooms are spacious and well-fitted, with direct access to a private sitting area in the garden. the hosts are incredibly hospitable and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Enjoy a delicious breakfast with local fresh produce.
The hotel could benefit from an automatic shower system instead of relying on hand mixing.

cozy and elegant hotel with a beautiful garden, spacious rooms and specially selected wines by the owners. Perfect for a relaxing spa retreat in the Loire region. Our favorite spot in France!
TV was small and far from the bed.

We were extremely pleased with the value for money. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, providing us with a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the village and visit the nearby chateau. The staff were hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. We felt very welcome throughout our stay.
The morning meal could have offered a bit more variety. While the breakfast featured local produce, it would have been nice to have a wider selection of yogurt flavors and maybe some eggs.
